Home-based, working across the territory, with attendance at company sites (Harlow Mill, Ponders End and Delta Park, Enfield) for sales meetings, training and as required.

An experienced and proficient sales professional. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and long-standing flour milling business with a proud history and forward-thinking approach.
The candidate needs to be able to grow profitable sales on the allocated territory year on year — winning new business, developing existing customers, and managing the full commercial relationship from first call through to order, delivery and payment — while protecting margin and delivering a high standard of service on behalf of G.R. Wright & Sons. Experience dealing with major wholesalers would be an advantage.
The Company
G.R Wright & Sons is a flour milling company based in Harlow and Ponders End. It’s a six-generation family business that makes and sells flour and mixes to all sectors of the food industry, with an enviable reputation for quality and service.
The business supplies a wide range of flours to bakeries, wholesalers, food manufacturers, and major retailers. Wrights is very much a family business with a “family feel” and a friendly culture. Many staff members have worked in the business for decades. The company recently completed a major investment in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built flour mill in Harlow. The original site in Ponders End continues to operate, producing speciality flours. A third site in Enfield houses a modern bakery ingredients facility focused on flour-based mixes and concentrates.
