At Wright’s, the future of milling is already in training. When we opened applications for a trainee miller, the level of response says a lot about what our industry still means, and what Wright’s represents within it.

Under the leadership of Prem Rajaram, our teams are developing new millers at both Ponders End and Harlow. Every recruit learns the full process, from wheat intake to finished flour, while completing the UK Flour Millers correspondence course.

It’s an investment in skills, but also in people. Many of our colleagues start as trainees and retire as senior millers, here it's a career for life, not just a job.
