Pizza & Bakery School Sessions

The Sonata Pizza & Bakery School offers a unique opportunity to delve into the science behind both pizza and bread making, particularly through collaboration with our Technical Consultants.

While we specialise in providing high quality training and consultancy services to the industry, we also hire out our our state-of-the-art facilities to colleagues in the business who want to put on their own events and training programs.

One of our regular customers is the renowned artisan baker Wayne Caddy, who runs his amazingly popular 'Sourdough Slingers' workshops regularly at our pizza & bakery school. 

You can see some shots and footage above taken from one of Wayne's recent workshops held at our school, and we're sure you'll agree that there are some fantastic looking (and tasting) creations on display. 

We also gave attendees a tour of our mill to demonstrate our milling processes (and show them the best views of the town from the top!) and this is always a great way to round off a day at the school.
