Available in Asda, Booths, Morrison's, larger Sainsbury's & Wright's on line - this mix requires only the addition of oil and water. The mix works brilliantly with bread making machines as well as in a 2lb loaf tin in your domestic oven at home or create 12 muffins, 24 cupcakes, bake in an 8" round tin or as a tray bake.

Chocolate Brownie Mix

Ingredients:

Wright’s Brownie Mix           320g

Water                                 60ml (4 x 15ml tablespoons)
Vegetable Oil                     30ml (2 x 15ml tablespoons)

Medium sized Egg            1               

Cream Cheese               150g
          
Medium sized Egg            1    

Caster Sugar            75g

 

Place the Brownie mix, water, oil and egg into a bowl.
                                                
Using a wooden spoon, mix together to form a batter.    

Pour the batter into the lined tin and smooth over.

Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth then stir in the sugar and egg.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie mix and swirl a knife through both mixtures to create a marbled effect.

Do not over mix.  

Bake in a preheated oven 180°C (375°F, Gas Mark 5) for 15-20 minutes until firm.
