Victoria Sponge Baking Kit
A complete Victoria Sponge Baking Kit that produces a
rich and indulgent cake. Requiring only the addition of water (and
butter & jam for the centre) to produce a moist, soft eating cake.
Wright's Victoria Sponge kit requires 2 x 7” (19cm) round cake tins
to bake the cakes in your domestic oven at home. This produces an
authentic, traditional style cake also suitable for cupcakes.
Sponge Mix: Sugar, Wheat Flour, (Wheat flour, Calcium
Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Whole Dried Egg, Raising Agents: E450, E500, Palm & Rapeseed Oils, Skimmed milk powder, Emulsifiers E471, E475, E481, Cellulose
Fibre, Salt, Stabiliser: E415, Colour: E160a(ii)
Icing Mix: Icing Sugar, Flavouring.
