Wright's Malty bread mix is created with malted wheat flakes, bran and malt flour to give bread and rolls a traditionally rich aroma and malty taste.
This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home. The bread is a great base for adding your own additional ingredients, whatever the family favourite is. Wright's Malty is suitable for vegetarians and, when the bread is cooled and covered, freezes well.
