Malt & Seedy Bread Mix
Wright's Malt & Seedy is a bread mix created from white baker's quality flour with a rich malty flavour further enhanced with a selection of seeds and malted barley.
This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines or by hand from your oven at home. The bread is a great base for your own ideas, whatever the family favourite is. Wright's Malt & Seedy bread mix is suitable for vegetarians and, when cooled and covered, freezes well.
This healthy mix produces a granary style loaf with malted wheat flakes and seeds. One of Wright's recently launched mixes which really came about by consumer insistence.

Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Malted Barley Flour, Linseed (4%), Dried Yeast, Wheat Bran, Sugar, Salt, Sunflower Seeds (1%), Millet Seeds (0.5%), Chickpea Flour, Emulsifer: E472e, Dextrose, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid.
