A Wright Good Idea with Wright's Ginger Cake Mix

This lovely idea for use with Wright’s Ginger cake came through our member, Kate in Guernsey. She pierces the baked cake a few times, once cooled with a skewer she drizzles Golden Syrup into the holes, dusts it with icing sugar and the decorates it with flowers for that “wow” effect!
Actually Kate’s son Hugo (left) and his younger cousin Alex here - made and decorated this particular Ginger cake – looks fantastic and very summery. Kate confirms that “whenever guests compliment Wright’s bread or cake my children chime proudly in unison - Just add water!”.
