Where to buy >>

Available in Asda, Booths, Morrison's, larger Sainsbury's & Wright's on line - this mix requires only the addition of oil and water. Our Toffee Cookie Mix is literally childs play!  Providing you place them well spaced apart on 1 or 2 lined baking sheets and then slightly flatten each dough ball - as delightfully demonstrated below:

Yes the best part is the eating of them!

Toffee & Cranberry/Sour Cherry or White Chocolate Cookies make a real treat!

These Toffee Cookies will work well with many inclusions such as chocolate chips, honeycomb or butterscotch pieces and pecan nuts work well too.

Our Toffee Cookie mix has been put to the test by Sammie recently who has created our terrific Toffee Cookies in a Muffin Tray to create a little cup.  The cup runeth over with a chocolate honeycomb ice cream – what a wonderful combination of flavours!

Till contacted us thanking us very much for the great new product: Toffee Cookie Mix he made four very yummy varieties as shown below!

Claire's chocolate chip filled Toffee Cookies were delicious - enjoyed by all the family.

Another image of Sammie's Toffee Cookie cups with pieces of Cadbury's crunchie in chocolate ice cream - oh yes!

Terrific Toffee Cookies thanks Edith & family. So glad you got it Wright!

I get frustrated with messages from you who rave about our bread and cakes mixes with no photographs for me to enjoy! I laughed at this, a delicious Toffee Cookie made from our mix that was just photographed before it was devoured! Thanks Simon.

Becky’s Toffee Cookies – lovely! We recommend 8 from the pack but Becky made 12 here which take less time to cook – surely a good thing tho!

Thanks Erin - some very yummy Toffee Cookies shown here - made from our new mix and definitely something for the weekend - if they last that long!

Jackie fancied a bit of baking - which she does a lot - but feeling a bit caked out she tried the next best thing - our Toffee Cookie Mix!  She only added Caramac chunks (can you imagine) and then drizzled the cookie with Caramac too - oh my days!  Jackie said they smelt lush, produced 8 good sized cookies and that they were soft but chewy with the Toffee - wow!

Oh Tom baked up our new Toffee Cookie Mix and filled them with chocolate – a Wright nice idea! So far we have had them dipped in chocolate, swirled with Caramac & chocolate on top, sandwiched together with ice cream and served with chocolate chips in – You amaze me with what you do with our mixes!

Finally - it makes a great ice cream sandwich too!  Thanks Sammy from

Toffeerific!  Deb the Bread
