The featured Mediterranean marvel is Greek Olive & Yoghurt Bread made with our Classic Ciabatta Bread Mix.
Do try this beautiful bread, enriched with yoghurt - we just loved the
taste. Use black or green olives or a combination of the two and then
stud with sundried tomatoes too, if desired
Awesome Apple & Walnut Bread made with our Farmhouse Wholemeal Bread Mix. A lovely accompaniment to a strong cheese such as Stilton with an apple or ramekin of raisins. Why not spread this bread with apple sauce instead of butter?
Rosemary & Fig Bread made with our Malty Bread Mix creates a lovely healthy, slightly sweet and fragrant bread. Also good served straight from the oven as a dessert with a cream cheese frosting.
Less sweet is our Sunflower Oat & Ale Bread made with our superb Sunflower Bread Mix. Let's dispell that common misconception that 'healthy' foods lack flavour and quality - this loaf is "ale" and hearty - filling and flavoursome!

Something sweet for Vegetarian Week - Oh go on then! These Toffee Mocha Cake Bars are terrifically easy made with our Toffee Cake Mix. You can subsitiute the 3 tablespoons of warm water for the topping with Bailey's before mixing with the icing sugar. Bailey's iced toffee cakes are a real treat.
These Lemon & Honey Tea Squares make a refreshing change - cut them as large or as small as you like. Made with our Madeira Mix they can be decorated with orange and lemon jelly slices or liquorice. Cling film each slice for lunchboxes or unexpected guests!
