A RECENT SELECTION OF "WRIGHT" GOOD BAKES

Cake of the month is more of a delicious dessert really, it appears as a recipe on our website and it has to be a "Wright" winner to get to that top spot! Thanks Richard for creating this gorgeous Rhubarb and Strawberry Italian Meringue Tart. Here is another image of this delicious delicacy, baked with our Sungold pastry mix.
Quite a lot of baking last month with Valentine's Day and Mother's Day - special thanks to Edith for these beautiful Valentine's Day bakes made with our Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix.
Judith creates lots of these mini light fruit loaves, "using Wrights flour of course no other flour will do!" I say lots, as we have a Bakers Dozen here!
Another “Wright” good idea – with thanks to Edith! “Just three handfuls of this muesli chucked into the Madeira mix along with a couple of teaspoons of coffee dissolved in hot water makes a nice textured coffee cupcake".
Jackie started us all off - just before Mother's Day - with hidden Jaffa Cupcakes - pop a Jaffa cake in the base of your muffin case – cupcake cases will be too small – top with our Madeira cake mix and bake! The decoration is up to you but Jackie’s final creation looks gorgeous!
Judith had to give them a go - with a bit of a twist though. "Large Jaffa cake in the base, Wrights Madeira mix made with fresh orange juice then decorated with orange buttercream, with a mini Jaffa cake and orange matchmakers". Wow - very orangey!
This was tweeted to us @Wrightsbaking and made with our Chocolate Fudge Mix - how special is this?? I guess it had to be very special for a Mother's Day and birthday all rolled into one!

Still on the breads, Mike created this handsomely, simple Pan Cob with a slash in the middle. American type of Cowboy bread if you like but great to dunk in the soup! Mike said this was “Pure and very English bread making. Simplicity at its very best using Wrights strong bread flour”.
We loved Shaun's loaf too - his first attempt at our Parmesan & Sundried Tomato mix. Shaun said "it tasted fantastic, I have cake mixes every week now as love them so much & can't wait to try more when find them in the shops here".
Thanks Till, he "Just pulled this guy out of the oven, so easy. Madeira cake made with cranberry juice, lots of fruit & some cherry protein powder- to make it less naughty. Nothing fancy or complicated, but Yummmmm"
Charles made a mean Mixed Grain loaf - and was really rather pleased with it!
Let's finish with a couple of fabulously decorated cakes - firstly is Amy (and Lacey of course) who created this clever chocolate creation with our Chocolate Fudge mix as a beautiful birthday cake. I love every ingredient used and it looks divine!
Finally - Sarah confirmed that she "Used your Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix to make this trial cake for my sons 21st, I'll do the "drips" a different way when I make the actual cake, and I'll be a bit neater with the frosting, but very pleased with my 1st attempt".
