Available in Asda, Booths, Morrison's, larger Sainsbury's & Wright's on line - this mix requires only the addition of oil and water. The mix works brilliantly with bread making machines as well as in a 2lb loaf tin in your domestic oven at home or create 12 muffins, 24 cupcakes, bake in an 8" round tin or as a tray bake.

I am featuring a "Wright" lovely cake this month made by Paul - this one was for his daughter who I am sure would have been delighted! Its a beauty Paul - a chocolate and cherry cake made with our Chocolate Fudge mix, thanks so much for sharing this with us.

Judith has sent in some fantastic recipes this month.  Starting with the very delicious chocolate orange cake here!

Then we were treated to Judith's Coconut/Lime Cake made using our Madeira mix base swapping the water for light coconut milk and adding sweetened coconut to the mix. The icing was made using fresh lime juice and icing sugar, decorated with fresh lime and lime zest sprinkles.

Judith confirmed that "Wrights Cake Mixes make delicious cookies. Toffee and chocolate cookies are shown in the picture below. I have also made ginger cookies using the Ginger Mix". What a beautiful batch of cookies they make Judith!  Thanks for your lovely ideas.

A couple of treats from Edith now.  Edith has made the cutest Chocolate Fudge cupcakes for a retired painter & decorator here – I love her ideas and just love these lovely little cakes!

Oh I love this loaf! Our Premium White performing perfectly in a Panasonic machine on the 1 hour 55 minute rapid bake programme. It never fails on this lovely light programme - thanks Mrs. Gooding.

During Chocolate Week Sara submitted these delightful little chocolate duck cakes made with our Chocolate Fudge they look yummy!

Whilst I wont know what to do on Wednesday night's now The Great British Bake Off has come to a close, I will still have Jackie baking up a storm!  I loved her iced fingers that she and her family enjoyed on GBBO Final day!

I love the look of Gail’s deliciously decorated Ginger cake which she simply described as “yummy”!

I thought Wendy's marvellous Madeira Cake had a real wow factor! When I went back to congratulate her on such a great bake she had not stopped there – cutting it into 3 and adding a coffee butter cream to the layers – comments were that “the cake tasted delightful and the cream was not bad either!” Ha ha I love my home bakers with a sense of humour!

Oh Angela - I love these Chocolate Fudge cupcakes with fudge icing, caramel sauce and fudge chunks!

Have I saved the best until last ?  You decide but huge thanks to Alistair who produced this wonderful wheatsheaf with just two packs of our Premium White bread mix. Absolutely delightful.
