Wintertime is traditionally the time minds turn to expanding waistlines with post Christmas baking off the cards. However, if you love baking like Mike Armstrong and myself it's a tough one!. So why not incorporate baking into mealtimes? Mike's fantastic, quick and easy Cobbler recipe, made with our Strong White flour is just perfect with soups, stews and casseroles, I'm sure we all have a treasured recipe handed down through the family. The variations of Cobblers are endless for you to use from savoury to herby, so be adventurous and enjoy being creative in your baking and cooking especially this time of year when we want to eat healthily and are looking for that option in our diets!
