A lot of festive recipes were seen last month and I will be saving them in a special Christmas News Edition for inspiration later on in the year.  I did love Claire's Rum Truffles which she made, with our Chocolate Fudge Cake mix for her family at Christmas.

They would also make a nice gift - they yield loads so say 15 could stay and 15 could go!

Love these chocolate cookie crumble cupcakes by Sarah.  Made with Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix and a little “added goo in the middle” – I have been trying to contact Sarah for the exact recipe of these but thought we could enjoy a look at them in the meantime!

Well, the Frozen theme is still very popular - love this cake made by Lynsey using our cake mix.

Till made these lovely Sunflower bread rolls from our mix and studded them with extra seeds - look "Wright" nice to me and look at them when filled below!

Margaret’s husbands birthday cake here was made by her son using our Madeira cake mix to celebrate his Dad's 70th – many congratulations! I think this is beautiful - just like something they would do on The Great British Bake Off and our Madeira mix is perfect for celebration cakes such as these.

Some like it hot, some like it hotter!  Lez thanks so much for tweeting us @Wrightsflour with your Chilli bread dough pictured here, ready for the oven covered with turkey that has been coated in Peri-Peri Salt.

Thanks Jo – you have made a “Wright” good start to your cake and I didn’t have to wait long for the resultant bake to appear on our @Wrightsbaking twitter page!  I have to agree – it is “another perfect result”.

Perfection is seen in the finished cake below - way to go Jo !!

Look at this lovely homemade leek and potato soup served with our Parmesan and Sundried Tomato bread made by Emily’s 6yr old!

What a great way of using up all those seasonal sweets we have laying around – thanks so much to Margaret who made this beautiful bake with Chocolate Fudge cake mix for her Grandson Aaron's 11th birthday cake.

Robert has made these delightful rolls from our Chilli bread mix – pots of them!  I was really pleased to note that he normally makes his own bread from scratch but wanted to try our bread mix in these pretty terracotta pots!  A “Wright” good winter warmer here – thanks!

Victoria was busy over Christmas creating this superb strawberry cake with our Madeira - looks mouthwatering!

Another beautifully baked and decorated cake by Victoria – made with our cake mixes – what a wonderful centrepiece to your New Year’s Eve party!

Till's Focaccia looks a real treat - see how he has studded the dough below and how lovely this has baked up - plenty for taring and sharing!

Thanks for tweeting us @Wrightsbaking with this lovely image "We made Chocolate Fudge Cake and OMG it's amazing and so simple to make!"  The texture of the cake here is terrific.

Claire has baked up this perfect Peanut Butter Banoffee cake from our new recipe calendar - made with our terrific Toffee Mix!

Also from our new calendar is this gorgeously gooey treat that Carrie & Alan produced for their New Year Celebrations: “Many thanks for the calendars, which keep arriving year on year. We are in the habit of spending New Year with two couples who live in the area and we share the catering between us. My wife (who is a chef in a busy garden centre) was intrigued by the Camembert in Sunflower Brioche and decided to make one for the six of us. I have to say that everyone thought it was wonderful and that it actually looked even better than the photograph in the calendar”.

Gail has made this gorgeous Chocolate Fudge Cake which is lovely but loveliest of all is the fact it was iced by Jessica who is just 5! Jessica loves getting messy as you can see and loves helping out with the baking – don’t we all though – at any age!

Thanks so much – Deb the Bread
