Who remembers the very first Great British Bake Off and the excitement of the lead up to the final?  If you do, you will remember Ruth Clemens as she was just brilliant on the show and has been very busy since her splendid second place in 2010 with her interesting website, The Pink Whisk and a lovely new book, The Busy Girl’s Guide to Cake Decorating.  Wright’s cake mixes were invented not only for busy girls, people with busy lives, children with a low boredom threshold, but for many of you who love baking but don’t want to spend all day doing it!
