Wright's Wholemeal bread mix is made from a quality blend of wheats, milled in the traditional way. It is a great base for adding your own additional ingredients. This mix works brilliantly in bread making machines, makes a healthy and interesting twist on pizza base as well as lovely bread and rolls from your oven at home.

What a relief that Wright's cake mixes are available and you can knock-up a fruited Madeira, Ginger (very festive flavour) or Carrot cake (very moist with or without the booze) as late as Christmas Eve!  I think it is brilliant - because I get to drink the brandy I would have otherwise used in the cake! For those of you with busy lives, try our fabulous cake mixes.  For the others, have pleasure in creating our Christmas Ring.
