I am remembering good Guy Fawkes night's past with popular Parkin cake created from Wright's warming Ginger cake mix and oatflakes. Decorated with a sparkler in each corner it is a fine Firework night fancy and seasonally served at this time. By far the easiest fare with a wow factor to rival the biggest firework is Wright's recipe for Sparkler Sausages, created with Wright's Premium White bread mix and frankfurters.
